A leading International Property Consultancy are seeking a commercially-minded Building Surveyor (3+ years' experience) to join their City of London Building Consultancy team.
The successful Building Surveyor will be given the opportunity to work alongside an enviable client portfolio including FTSE100 companies, overseas investors and pension funds on a variety of landmark commercial projects throughout London.

The Role Of The Successful Building Surveyor
Will include;
* Contract administration
* Schedules of dilapidations
* Reinstatement cost assessments
* Fee negotiations
The Successful Building Surveyor
* 3+ years private practice building surveying experience
* Commercial experience essential
* MSc/BSc in Building Surveying
* 20+ months APC
* A client facing demeanour
