Call Center (emergency assistance) Manager
Our successful and forever expanding client located near West Malling are looking for an experienced senior manager to join their Emergency Call team.
The role of Team Manager is to manage the day-to-day running of our client`s emergency department at operational level. This will include ensuring that the team meet defined key performance indicators by ensuring that cases are handled and calls are answered by the team within the agreed time scales as well as managing the performance of the team members and ensuring that they are trained, receive regular feedback, are motivated and delivering against their individual performance objectives. This position also offers the opportunity to make continuous improvements and developments within the department and working cross-functionally with other divisions to implement positive changes within the business to support continued growth.
The ideal candidate will be able to cope well under pressure, have management experience at an operational level, demonstrate confidence with good business sense and able to manage change. Good general geographical knowledge would also be a distinct advantage.
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000
Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm or 9am to 6pm and there may be some `on call` duties as well.
