Multi Site Retail Manager
The Gi Group is currently recruiting for a Multi Store Manager for a leading custom made patisserie items. With retail, wholesale and online operations, they are looking for someone to responsibility for HR, management and training, and operations and sales at its London-based retail stores with its Head Office in Essex.
At an exciting time when the company is expanding its sites and developing its product range, they are looking for an experienced, energetic and commercially focused person to ensure operational excellence across all sites.
There will be remote working involved as you will be going to the London sites but the head office is based in Essex.
Salary: GBP25-30,000
Job Spec:
A full version is available on request however the main functions will involve the below:
HR & Recruitment
??? Sourcing and recruitment of all staff for the Stores (Store Team Leaders and Assistants)
??? On boarding of staff using Company Induction Programme
Operations & Sales
??? Maintain, review and optimise store ordering and inventory processes, minimising waste
and inefficiency; ensure operational cost-efficiency
??? Ensure all store staff are budget/sales target focused, and that they identify strongly with
the company's monthly bonus system
Management Meetings & Financial Reporting
???The Retail Manager will support each Store with daily onsite visits, as required
??? Weekly meetings with be held with Team Leaders at each Store, and every month with
the whole team at each store to discuss operational issues, sales performance, special
offers, product quality and product development ideas
