Credit Controller - French Speaker
GBP23,000 - GBP30,000 per annum
Our client, a truly innovative business that has continued to expand its market share and become one of the leaders in its chosen field, is looking to source a confident and ambitious French Speaking Credit Controller to join its team. You need to be immediately available.
Key duties include:
• Achieve Credit Management targets set by the Group Credit Manager every month
• Work with the French Credit Controller to ensure all credit limits are in line with the insured credit limits or have been authorised by both the Group Credit Manager and/or the Group Finance Director
• Co-ordinate and process all account applications received in a prompt and timely manner, endeavouring to meet the customers' requirements on credit limit to maximise sales whilst minimising risk
• Ensure all credit reviews are completed prior to their expiry date, and if required, seek the Group Credit Manager's approval to extend the review date pending receipt of new information to complete a full review
• Ensure that all accounts are reviewed on receipt of new financial or other information, even if review date is not due
• Manage the collection of direct debits and promptly resolve queries pertaining to the direct debit accounts.
• Control the credit limits and payment terms given to maximise sales and minimise risk
You will need to be an immediately available Credit Controller with previous experience doing a similar role. You will have good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills for interacting with individual team members, business partners and management on a regular basis. You must have SAP experience.
