If so, a number of diverse support providers and charities are recruiting for confident and motivated Support Worker's via BRC to step in at short notice to cover a wide range of shifts. These shifts can include days, sleep-in's and waking nights during the week and on weekends.

Through joining BRC's relief team you will be able to work with the flexibility that suits you, fitting the hours around your personal, family or other work commitments. BRC have successfully provided relief staff to support services for over 10 years in South Wales.

As a Relief Worker, you will gain valuable experience across a number of static support services which can include hostels, temporary accommodation projects, crisis intervention services and domestic violence refuges. You will be offered the opportunity to work with a range of support needs which can include; the homeless and people at risk of homelessness, those with mental health and substance misuse issues, young adults/care leavers, women and families fleeing domestic abuse and vulnerable families.

This is the perfect opportunity for you to further develop your experience and knowledge in the social care sector, whilst also gaining the chance to build relationships with a number of respected support services and charities.
