At Go Resource Group we are looking for a Multi Lingual Romanian Planner to join our branch team. Its an exciting time to join us and you will be working at our new and modern offices on the Medway City estate based in Rochester in Kent
Are you an experienced Logistical Planner or Recruitment Planner looking for a fresh challenge?
If so we would like to hear from you working 5 days out of 7 per week
As a core member of the Recruitment Team you will be planning and co-ordinating all the candidates into multiple accounts across Kent if you get satisfaction from having to problem solve quickly, having responsibility but also working as a team and working at pace then this role would be ideal for you.
You will be able to take ownership of the process from receipt of the orders, communicating plans , updating planning system to informing clients who they will expect daily at their sites.

Responsibilities:
-Create and manage the booking on an in house bespoke IT system purpose built for recruitment planning.
-Agree and book candidates for work daily within the Industrial , warehouse and Driving sectors in line with customer demand
-Confirm all workers are assigned and uploaded
-Ensure all plans are efficiently uploaded and fire registers created for our clients
-Manage the induction sign off process for all accounts and check for compliancy prior to supplying new staff to site
Skills:
-Previous planning experience, ideally within food manufacturing although not essential, we will provide you with all the tools and training you need..
-Must possess excellent analytical skills with the ability to analyse and evaluate data
-Problem solving skills.
-Excellent working knowledge of MS Office, including Word and Excel.
-Must possess excellent communication skills (both oral and written), with the ability to communicate effectively to a wide range of people.
-Must have excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise work load with differing demands.
-Understands the role of teamwork in providing an excellent service.
