We are now seeking a Head of Brand and Category Management to develop our strategy and refine our Brand & Category management. The role can be based in Runcorn, Tamworth or York.

Delivering campaigns for channels seeking to rebrand or reposition, you will develop annual marketing plans to increase customer awareness and engagement as well as generate revenue for the business. Further responsibilities will include ensuring each brand or channel category is totally aligned and meets the needs of the customers. Leading a team of highly performing direct reporting staff, together you will identify new methods required to support new and emerging channels.

With your ability to identify gaps in new and emerging channels, we’d like you to have the ability to develop us in this area. Working cross functionally, you’ll have the ability to solve complex situations and identify products and services for each category or brand. Creating campaigns to support new channels, products and suppliers, you will hold good analytical and forecasting skills and a have a good understanding of brand management principles. It is also essential for you to have fmcg and/or pharmaceutical sector experience.
