Summary of Job –

Customer Service / Administrative role to provide day to day support to the sales department and customers alike via email and phone in a dynamic sales environment.  Ideal for a candidate wishing to build a career in B2B.

Main Tasks Responsibilities –

  • Support Sales Manager & Sales Team as required
  • Help customers with day to day enquiries such as progressing orders, sourcing specials, navigating around the web site responding within the agreed SLA’s as set by Head of Department this would be via email or phone
  • Liaise with other departments to help resolve customer queries
  • Manage back of house systems to ensure all orders process through ensuring all restrictions are adhered to
  • Process accurately orders on the system in line with customer requirements
  • Review and progress back orders / out of stocks liaising with suppliers and other departments as required

Personal Specification –

  • GCSE C or equivalent in Maths & English
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office packages such as outlook, excel and word
  • Well organised with the ability to multi task and prioritise tasks accordingly
  • Dynamic & Positive Outlook
  • Someone that has the mindset to work in high performance sales culture
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Can work as part of a small team and be comfortable working without supervision
  • Can work under pressure 
  • Numerate
  • Confident to interact and deal with all people at all levels of the business
  • Ideally to reside within 30 miles radius of the office
  • Enthusiastic can-do attitude who doesn’t mind going that extra mile to get things done, a completer finisher focussed on delivering the best service possible to colleagues and customers alike
