We’re now seeking a Senior Account Manager to join our design offices at Fort Dunlop in Birmingham and work with a new key account.

As a Senior Account Manager, you will be tasked with servicing a brand new account and overseeing a team of Account Managers in the achievement of their targets.
Working within our Design Studio, you will provide support to a number of existing accounts as well as the new opportunity and identifying ways to develop new business within each account, providing plenty of variety and challenge for the right person.
On a day-to-day basis you will write creative design briefs, manage the workflow and workload for your team, maintain contact with your portfolio of clients and oversee financial processes and planning.
Your other duties will also include:
- Developing, reviewing and implementing new business strategies
- Forging new business relationships
- Managing projects to ensure successful outcomes to agreed parameters
- Effectively managing the financial side of accounts including resource planning and billing
- Inspiring and guiding your team
- Acting as a guardian of brands and providing insight and client knowledge
- Managing your team’s workload and ensuring they are not overworked
To be considered as a Senior Account Manager, you will need:
- Account management experience, ideally in the design industry
- Experience in a client-facing role
- Experience of leading a team
A degree and/or qualification in a design discipline would be beneficial to your application.
