Offering pioneering security solutions across the globe, Securitas specialises in ensuring customers’ safety, protection and peace of mind. We are now looking for a Security Officer / Security Safety Marshall to join us, covering a number of sites throughout Central London.

As a Security Officer / Security Safety Marshall, you will provide a high-quality security service at sites throughout Central London. 

In this varied role, you will: 

- Provide an outstanding level of customer service
- Prevent and deter unauthorised access to the site 
- Monitor fire alarms, intruder alarms and CCTV 
- Report any usage of first aid equipment 
- Provide Health and Safety guidance and support to staff, visitors and contractors  

Please note, this role will involve standing for long periods of time and performing frequent patrols outside. 

To be considered, you’ll need: 

- Customer service skills 
- An SIA licence 

Due to the requirements of this role, the successful candidate will also need a five year checkable employment history or be able to produce documentary evidence of any period of unemployment, self-employment or full and part-time education during that period. 

The ideal Security Officer / Security Safety Marshall will have a full driving licence and access to their own vehicle, but this isn’t essential. Previous security experience would also be beneficial, as would a First Aid qualification. 

Please note, this is a full time role, working 15:00 – 23:00.
