Office Administrator

Our client is a multi-disciplinary construction company working within the food and drink industry that work on sites all over the UK and due to constant expansion of the company, our client is currently looking for an Office Administrator to join their team based at the head office.

Job Responsibilities Include:

  • Credit card statements and receipts
  • General Office Admin including filing and scanning
  • Answering the telephone and taking messages
  • Checking expense forms and receipts
  • Checking supplier statements on SAGE
  • Inputting invoice on our paperless invoice system
  • Good attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise workload
  • Admin assistance within other departments including HR, procurement and projects
  • Carry out any other duties as are reasonably required by the company

Essential Experience:


  • SAGE Line 50 experience would be beneficial
  • MUST have good knowledge of computer literacy


Salary: Competitive, Dependant on Experience

Hours: Monday – Friday 9-5, Part Time hour’s maybe considered
