Our client, a global leader in information security, is looking for an HR Advisor to join their team in Fareham for a 12 month contract.

As an HR Advisor, you will be tasked with providing an HR generalist advisory service to Managers and staff regarding a wide range of human resources and employee relations matters.
Specifically, you will be involved in employee relations, discipline, employee welfare, occupational health, benefits and entitlements, company policy and procedure and the terms and conditions of employment.
You will play a key role in HR practices and initiatives, partnering with Managers to promote the achievement of business goals through excellent management practices.
Your other duties will include:
- Providing end-to-end support and advice on recruitment, performance management, compensation and benefits
- Presenting HR issues and proposals to management
- Acting as a confidential representative for employee relations matters
- Administering the personal review scheme
- Working with the Payroll Team
- Supporting ad hoc projects and strategic activities
To be considered as an HR Advisor, you will need:
- HR generalist experience
- Knowledge of UK employment legislation
- Employee relations skills including the ability to influence and communicate across all employee levels
- Experience with IT and HR information systems
A CIPD qualification would be beneficial to your application.
