Garden Maintenace - Lawn Care Operative (Training Provided)

Do you enjoy working out of doors? Great opportunity to join our friendly team providing lawn care to customers' lawns in the areas around Guildford.  Full training provided.

The role: We are currently looking for a Lawn Care Operative to join our team based in Woking covering the areas around Guildford. The role involves applying seasonal treatments to lawns as well as assisting with scarification and aeration. You will provide advice to customers who wish to improve the quality of their lawn highlighting the benefits of any relevant specialised treatments.

The person: We are looking for someone enthusiastic, reliable, well organised and with a desire to work out of doors. You will have good customer communication skills and take pride in working to high standards, any previous lawn care, horticultural experience or PA1/PA6 pesticide spraying qualification would be an advantage although we will provide full training. A Driving Licence is essential as the role involves driving a van.

This role would suit someone who is based within half an hour of our base in Woking.

The salary will be in the band £17,000-£21,000 dependent on experience & any previous pesticide spraying qualification. Excellent opportunities for overtime, commission and bonus.
