THE COMPANY: Based in Crowthorne is a unique company offering bespoke and niche, network connectivity and building security solutions, products and services around the UK. Their clients range from Jaguar Land Rover to the University of Cambridge.
THE ROLE: The Security Engineer will join an experienced and committed team of Security Engineers reporting to the Engineering Manager. You will be working nationally, providing all disciplines of security, including but not limited to Intruder, Access and CCTV. This is a varied and interesting role covering all aspects of the industry - installation, maintenance and fault finding.
As a NACOS Gold Company they offer a 24/7 service to our client's, so the successful candidate will be required to be part of the 'on call' rota.
THE CANDIDATE: The successful candidate for the role will have a minimum of 3 years experience as a Security Engineer. A driving licence will be essential for national travel and you must be willing to work away from home occasionally.
Salary will be completely dependent on previous experience.
Key experience essential for the Security Engineer role:
• At least 3yrs experience
• Intruder alarm experience to include Honeywell Systems
• UK Driving license
• Live within 25 miles of Crowthorne Office
• Must pass a security screening process
• Must be willing to travel and occasionally work away from home.
• IT awareness
Key experience desirable for the Security Engineer role
• IPAF Licence
• Honeywell Access Control Experience
• Lock installation Skills
• Networking knowledge
• CSCS ECS or equivalent
