Our client is looking for a reliable, proactive, and adaptable individual with a passion for delivering the best in customer service. You’ll confidently deal with a variety of customer queries, identifying their requirements and managing their orders. You’ll be customer and results focussed, ensuring we continuously meet, if not exceed, the customer’s expectations. With in-depth training, you’ll learn about our products, services and values and will be ready to manage each call confidently. More than anything, you will be willing to go the extra mile and maintain great customer satisfaction.
