You’ll confidently deal with a variety of customer queries, identifying their requirements and managing their orders. You’ll be customer and results focussed, ensuring we continuously meet, if not exceed, the customer’s expectations. With in-depth training, you’ll learn about our products, services and values and will be ready to manage each call confidently. More than anything, you will be willing to go the extra mile and maintain great customer satisfaction.

Shift Description: 6 - 6 Mon to Fri (weekly change of shifts) / 6 - 2 Saturday (rota basis)
