What Will I Be Doing?
As the National Field Sales Manager, you will oversee the work of 18 Area Sales Managers across the UK.
Inspiring and driving your team to achieve their goals, you will join team members out in the field and support them in the development of key customer relationships.
This is a field based role with the requirement to attend our client’s headquarters in the West Midlands two or three times per month.
Your other activities will include:
- Training new team members
- Ensuring team productivity
- Organising trade shows
- Holding key customer staff training sessions
What Do I Need?
To be considered as the National Field Sales Manager, you will need:
- Experience as a national and/or area field sales manager
- Experience of managing a team
- A full, valid driving licence
- Strong motivational skills
- Enthusiasm and the drive to achieve targets
