Overall purpose of this role

* Implementing new SEO in-house strategy utilising best practice
approaches to drive organic performance

* Optimise site performance through user experience (UX),
personalisation and multivariant testing.

* Working towards agreed objectives and clearly defined
deliverables, the role will assist the Marketing and Ecommerce
Team in the fulfilment of an agreed strategy in support of
continued business growth.

* Report on key performance indicators and assist with the
monitoring of the online KPI's

* Work closely with the wider marketing team and build close
relationships with other internal departments.

Key accountabilities

You will be responsible for managing all aspects of SEO activities
across the brand. This will include producing detailed strategies,
technical SEO, data mark up, xml sitemaps, link building, blogging,
content marketing and more. You will also support the ecommerce team
through ongoing site optimisations to maximise the customer journey,
responsible for on-site personalisation and multivariant testing.

* Prepare marketing strategies for SEO conducting a full on-page and
off-page SEO audit identifying opportunities to drive performance

* Analyse website for architecture, on-page/on-site utilisations,
content and navigation structures and identify strong / weak
points.

* Utilise third party tool data in the analysis and formulation of a
strategy for compliant SEO.

* Implement / provide recommendations for SEO.

* Understand analytics data in full, identify website engagement

* Use data to make adaptive strategy changes for keyword targeting.

* Increase website rankings and visibility in an ethical manner.

* Use on-site personalisation tools to optimise a customer journey
to drive site performance such as conversion rate etc.

* Use multivariant testing to continuously make improvements to user
experience (UX)

* Support the wider ecommerce team with conversion aid projects

* Continuously working to identify and implement further
opportunities to drive site performance KPIs

Key Skills and Experience:

* At least 3 years' worth of SEO and ecommerce experience

* Marketing related degree or qualification is desirable

* Good knowledge of HTML and CSS

* Must have a fundamental understanding of SEO, Google Algorithms,
compliance.

* Must have an understanding of website CMS platforms.

* Should have a full knowledge of on-site and off-site SEO.

* Have the ability to identify conversion opportunities from PPC
data for SEO.

* Approach work conscientiously and uses initiative to ensure tasks
are seen through to end and any issues are addressed

* Bags of enthusiasm and passion with a 'can do' attitude
