Graduate Architectural Technician

A Graduate Architectural Technician is required for a bespoke housing developer based in Exeter. A successful candidate will get the chance to work in a vibrant ever-growing technical team, working alongside the Developer Co-ordinator and Technical Manager on a daily basis.

The company has a range of development projects across the South West, including Devon, Cornwall and Somerset, ranging from 2 up to 5 bedroom houses. On offer is the opportunity to learn with a developer who is known for producing high-end properties and who put quality at the centre of every home they create.

The Role: Graduate Architectural Technician

- Work as part of the House Builder Designer Team
- Produce drawings which comply with Building Regulations at multiple Construction Stages
- Working knowledge of NHBC Standards and current Building Regulations
- Produce House type packs, details and schedules and assisting Technical Manager and Developer Co-ordinator
- Working daily with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office software

The Candidate: Graduate Architectural Technician

- Able to produce drawings which comply with Building Regulations and Construction Stages
- Working knowledge of NHBC Standards and current Building Regulations
- Assisting Technical Manager and Developer Co-ordinator in producing house type packs, details and schedules
- Proficient using AutoCAD and Microsoft Packages
