Kingsley Consulting are recruiting a number of Assemblers - Production
Operatives on behalf of our Client based in Daventry.
• Assembly of precision engine components.
• Dimensional measurement of assemblies during strip and assembly.
• Working in partnership with all departments to achieve targets.
• Work closely with engine assembly to identify and resolve production
and quality issues.
Shifts Available:
Days - 06:45-14:45
Middle - 15:00-23:00
Nights - 23:00-07:00
(PLEASE NOTE: All shifts will need to be worked on a 2 week rotating
shift pattern)
Pay Rates:
Intro Pay rate - GBP11.88ph (GBP23,181)
After Training Period - GBP13.07ph (GBP25,500)
Overtime Rates available upon Business demand.
GBP100 premium (Middle Shift)
GBP150 premium (Night Shift)
Additional Benefits:
25 Days Holiday
