Position Summary

Responsible for maintaining our automotive client website and YouTube
channel supporting paid and organic social media activity and other
digital assets.

Duties and Responsibilities

Website (GUX)

Updating and checking of pages and sections within the our automotive
client Website in conjunction with the Digital Agency (GTB) and
internal departments by agreed deadlines. This covers copy, imagery,
videos and page functionality following GUX governance structure and
includes:

Deploying pages generated by automotive client (localising for UK
market)

Commissioning updates to existing pages

Briefing in new pages based on Ford of Britain requirements.

Supporting website optimisation actions

YouTube Channel and Social (UK) website

Update and maintain the Automotive Client's YouTube Channel and Social
(UK) website ensuring content is kept up to date and layout is
optimised.

Social Media campaigns

Maintain the Social Media content calendar on behalf of Marketing and
Public Affairs teams. This includes Facebook, Twitter and Instagram

Support generation of posts / grams / tweets

Support approvals of paid advertising assets in these channels

Support Fleet Comms Specialist with LinkedIn activities

Interface with CRC & Automotive Clients "App" Guides

Ensure CRC Live Chat and FordPass Social Search & Rescue teams are
kept informed of upcoming Marketing Communications Campaigns

Check social media responses follow agreed guidelines in SLA

Product Launches, Tactical & CRM programmes

Support checking of product launch and tactical Online Media assets.

Support CRM Specialist with identifying content for eCRM newsletter
and checking of assets

Events

Ad-hoc support for major events including Goodwood Festival of Speed
and media partnerships

Marketing Administration

Support Digital, CRM & Social Media team with purchasing and finance
admin requirements including filing of invoices

Ensure Marketing Comms Shared Drive is maintained with documentation
filed efficiently

Education

Degree or equivalent

Experience & Skills

Previous experience of working in a Marketing, Sales, Public Affairs
or Social Media role is essential.

Experience leading projects is advantegous

Customer Service experience

Good business writing skills

Self-starter and able to work without constant supervision

Good communication skills - written and verbal

Good understanding of Digital and Social Media Marketing
