Accounts Administrator - Immediate Start
An amazing opportunity has arisen to join a brilliant company based in Bulwell, on a temporary to permanent basis.
You will be working for a hugely successful manufacturing company, delivering excellent administrative support to a busy team.
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
-Being responsible for all accounts functions (including wages, Supplier Payments, bank reconciliation, preparation of monthly management accounts).
-General administration and telephone answering etc.
-Use of computer systems including MS Office, CRM & Sage 50 and Adobe Acrobat etc
-Using Sage 50 for accounts and invoicing
-Using All Day Time systems
-Supporting external suppliers and customers with relevant documentation etc.
-Working with other business functions as required.
As the ideal candidate, you will:
-Have excellent communication skills across all areas (written, spoken directly and on the telephone)
-Have extensive experience of Sage 50
-Have excellent attention to detail
-Be a great team player
-Ideally have a qualification in accounts/book keeping
-An interest in manufacturing would be an advantage
