Sales Executive

Excellent opportunity for a Talented Sales person to take the next step into a Sales/Business Development Executive role and be part of a leading Van Hire company based in Feltham!

This role will be based at the companies site in Feltham, reporting directly to the Managing Director. The role will be field sales with a meeting either at the Feltham office or at Head Office at Weybridge once a week.

Your key roles will be to effectively generate new business in your agreed targeted areas increasing volume fleet to the overall business. The target in place will be 12 new vehicles per month net.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in a previous sales role whether that is telesales or face to face, as well as having excellent organisational, communication and management skills. Industry knowledge will be an advantage but not essential as full training will be provided.  This is an ideal opportunity for an ambitious sales executive to take their next career step to a managerial level.

You will need to be self-motivated and result orientated with the ability to work and exceed all KPI’s and effectively work on the rate matrix provided.

For this business development role, we are looking for candidates to join our clients growing business and help them achieve a fleet target of 200 vehicles by 2019. The following criteria are expected;

• Have a proven track record in any previous sales role
• Self-driven and ambitious to help achieve the companies target
• Meet all KPI’s and exceed where possible
• B2B development
• Build a new client portfolio and manage them effectively
• Retain clients with exceptional customer service
• Excellent organisational and presentation skills
• Outgoing and work well in a team
