With a global network spanning Europe and the US, our client is an online retailer specialising in kitchen and homeware. They are now looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team. 

You’ll become a key part of a dynamic business that will support you to grow, both personally and professionally. You’ll be working in an open, fast-paced environment, so you’ll never get bored! 

What’s more, our client is perfectly placed in Manchester city centre, so you’ll have access to great transport links (making for an easier commute) as well as all of the fantastic amenities that come with a thriving city. 

As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be responsible for providing an outstanding service to customers. 

In this exciting role, you’ll respond to a range of telephone and email queries, including orders, account questions, billing, cancellations, complaints and more. 

Additionally, your day-to-day will involve: 

- Understanding customers’ needs and requirements and trying to exceed these wherever possible 
- Helping to resolve customers’ product or service related issues 
- Assisting with the placement of orders, refunds of exchanges 
- Liaising with courier companies to track customers’ deliveries and collections 

Think you’d fit in with this passionate team? To be considered, you’ll need: 

- Experience in a customer service environment 
- Knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, and the ability to understand further programmes 

Personable and enthusiastic, as a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be a confident communicator who is able to remain calm and flexible in continuously changing situations.
