SENIOR PERMS RECRUITER

They are seeking to grow further into Q2 & Q3 this year, and now have a position for a Senior Perm / Contract Recruiter to join their Sheffield branch working alongside the Business Manager. You will immediately "inherit" a long list of clients who make up this warm desk, with vacancies requiring immediate attention and candidates waiting, as well as having access to several leading job boards. As the roles are senior (GBP30k - GBP75k salaries) you can expect to make a series of high value placements very quickly, and bonuses on these are paid immediately. As the role progresses you will be tasked with developing and growing the business, using the company brand / client referrals and your sales acumen to open more doors. As a Senior Consultant working in tandem with the Business Manager you will offer support and guidance to other consultants, taking full responsibility in the BM's absence, as well as playing a crucial part in the introduction and recruitment of new people into the company. Reporting to the MD, you will work to realistic targets, in a supportive and motivated environment with a company who pride its self on low attrition rates.
Ideally you will be an experienced recruiter working in the commercial / office personnel marketplace, or another professional services industry (IT, Finance & Accountancy) with an excellent working knowledge of the permanent and temp / contract sector. This is ideal for a Senior consultant or recruitment consultant (1 year +) who now wishes to make their next career move. Professional, motivated and capable of working to a fast pace, you must not only demonstrate you can successfully manage accounts, but are able to build the business further.
