We have an exciting opportunity for a Branch Manager to work with an employability provider based in Airdrie. Responsible for leading, inspiring and engaging an exceptional high performing team of advisors within the North Lanarkshire area. Accountable for exceptional customer service, business growth, promotion of the brand and efficient delivery of the business plan and performance requirements.

Responsibilities will include:
• Leading, mentoring and coaching a successful team to ensure that performance, compliance and quality objectives are achieved.
• Using business development skills to identify opportunities for new business
• Creating a strategic business plan and delivering against this plan to include full profit and loss responsibility
• Building strong relationships with external organisations to maximise opportunities

The successful candidate will demonstrate:
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team to meet and exceed targets.
• Confidence when networking, building relationships and securing business opportunities
• Experience of developing individuals
• Commercially aware with the ability to manage profit and loss
• Strong influencing and negotiating skills
