Lettings Manager - Estate Agents
Location: Ruislip
Salary: DOE
Spear Recruitment Ltd are currently working in partnership with a
professional Estate Agency based in Ruislip to recruit for a Lettings
Manager.
You must have previous experience of at least 1 years as a Lettings
Manager and you should also live within a sensible commute. This is a
very exciting opportunity for a candidate who is interested in joining
a successful company with a view to expand.
The successful candidates should be highly competent in the following
areas:
* 1 year or more experience in Lettings Management
* Previous experience of developing a team
* Strong fee negotiating skills
* Clean UK driving licence and own car
* Extremely motivational
* Competent at holding 121s/ meetings
* Strong track record of converting valuations
* KPI focused
* Appetite for scaling the department
* Up to date with the latest legislation
The candidate we are looking for needs to be a natural leader they
need to have significant experience in Residential Lettings and
managing/growing a department with revenue. We are looking for someone
who is highly organised and structured and is comfortable entering a
situation and organising prioritising and managing.
