Graduate Recruitment Resourcers
Full training provided for Graduate Trainees based in Fareham, near Southampton
We are looking for new graduates who would be interested in working as Graduate Trainee Recruitment Resourcers, where the role will involve telephone screening candidates and matching them to our clients' vacancies. You should have recently completed a degree (in any subject) and you should have a competitive and outgoing personality, as well as plenty of ambition and an excellent telephone manner.
The vacancies are based at our offices on the picturesque Cams Hall Estate business park in Fareham near to Southampton and Portsmouth. As a Resourcer your role will involve only talking to candidates and not to the client companies. No previous experience is necessary as we provide excellent and comprehensive training as well as mentoring and coaching for graduates, so these are ideal roles for individuals who are keen to be trained in telephone based candidate Resourcing.
