Learning & Development Facilitator, East Midlands
Home based, with travel throughout the UK
35 hours per week
Up to GBP32,000 per annum (depending on location and experience)
Blind Veterans UK is the national charity for blind and vision-impaired ex-Service men and women. We believe that no one who has served our country should have to battle blindness alone.
Blind Veterans UK have ambitious plans for the next five years and therefore to support the charity in achieving its overall strategy to embed a national footprint and take our exceptional services to the beneficiary the Learning & Development team needs to expand.

Working with the Learning and Development Manager, the role is delivery focused, facilitating a quality and consistent range of people and team development programs to ensure a 'One Team' approach across the Charity. This will enable us to improve the quality of the customer experience and the service delivered.
The ideal team player will be highly engaging, resourceful, creative and willing to learn and share. They will be an excellent communicator with a well-developed ability to tailor L&D interventions to a variety of audiences and influence people at all levels.
The post will be based from home, but the applicant must reside in Nottinghamshire, Lincolnshire, Leicestershire, Northants, Cambridgeshire or Bedfordshire and have the ability to travel throughout the UK.
