Are you an Experienced Customer Services Administrator? Do you want to work for a large Multi National Company? Are you experienced working within a sales team?
Role Summary:
The successful applicant will be involved in a small Internal Sales Team as part of a multi-functional role, supporting the external sales team, to assist with pricing and general Admin.
Specific responsibilities include:
• Reviewing of customer order schedules and emailing them out.
• Outbound phone calls to new, existing and lapsed clients.
• Following up on quotes to convert them to orders.
• Manage the diaries and e-mails of the external sales team.
• Assisting and following up on marketing campaigns
• To initiate first contact with architects, contractors and developers to promote Company products and services via e-mail and telephone.
• To arrange quality appointments with decision makers for specifications for the external team to attend.
• Gather and research information on specific projects using tools including construction drawings, planning websites and Glenigan.
• Maintain internal spread sheet of leads and prospects of upcoming jobs and specifications.
• Manage sample requests to ensure we utilise these to achieve the best possible outcome.
• Providing ad-hoc support to the management team.
• To achieve our objectives in line with the company's Business Plan.
• Provide support to Marketing Department for Marketing campaigns.
• Market Research.
• Writing reports.
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
• A high degree of self-motivation
• A high degree of computer literacy and competent user of all Microsoft applications (Especially Excel)
• Excellent Telephone manner
• Proactive and able to use their own initiative.
• Confident with making outbound calls.
• Administration Support.
• Excellent Time Management.
• Experience in the construction industry and knowledge of Glenigan would be desirable.
The role is Temp to Perm for the chosen candidate
