We are a small home for people with learning disability and pride ourselves for giving good care. We are looking for someone who has dedication and is caring. You will work along experienced staff following instructions from management and applying support plans for all residents. Training will be given but any experience in care will be welcomed. You should be able to follow policies and procedures to carry out your duties safely. You will be expected to do sleep in, be able to cook and do some cleaning duties. Job Description:

To support service users in their general day to day needs. To support service users with personal care. To help service users achieve their full potentials. To implement care plans and monitor progress. To write factual reports on the day to day happenings on service users. To administer medication and comply with record keeping. To support service users with their finances and expenditure. To assist the service users in the care of their laundry, washing, ironing etc. To take appropriate actions when a service user report an illness or a confidential matter of concern. To assist in the preparation of meals and snacks. To assist service users pursue their leisure time and activities. To work according to our policies and procedures. To work together with other work colleagues. To be able to follow instructions given be management. To maintain security of all service users at all time.. To be able to undertake training to perform your duties according to Care Quality Standard. 

Pay: Living wage + sleeping ins paid monthly

Annual Leave: Statutory leave
