Salary: GBP110,000 to GBP130,000 Base

As Managing Director you will lead the business development programme, possessing the negotiation, communication skills along with the energy, drive and ambition to help realise our vision.
As Managing Director you will:
??Have a current, proven track record of success within a technical integrated product company.
??Be experienced with identifying and driving innovation projects through new product development (NPD) especially with technical / engineered products.
??Have led a business unit to a turnover of GBP20 Million +.
??Experience with intelligent automated or closely related products would be of benefit.

We have a strong track record of developing our employees and promoting from within the business, this role will hold the opportunity in the mid term to progress to a wider executive role.
