Based in the heart of Bolton, where staff and customers are at the heart of everything they do! Our Client is the market leader in their field and is going through a sustained period of growth!
We are looking for experienced fully qualified Mortgage Advisors who have the "whole of market" experience. You will be required to establish a customer's suitability for a mortgage from a panel of lenders. As a Mortgage Advisor you will benefit from a basic salary of up to GBP28k + a fantastic commission structure.
What we're looking for?
• Previous experience within the whole of market advisory role in a telesales environment is desirable
• Proven track record in a target driven role and stable career history
• Tenacious and self motivated individual who can work in a team.
• Competent user of MS Outlook, Word and Excel
• Previous experience and knowledge of industry regulation and legislation (DPA, AML and FCA)
• Successful completion of CeMap modules 1, 2 and 3.

About the role
As a Mortgage Advisor, it will be your job to speak to customers that come in via various introducer's (no cold calling) ensuring you sell the most appropriate solution to suit the customer's needs
You will Work to strict KPIs and weekly targets, using scripts to guide the customer through their options.
