Bamburgh Castle
Bamburgh Castle is a substantial Grade 1 Listed Building on the Northumberland Coast, owned by the Watson-Armstrong family. We are looking for a dynamic individual to develop the day visitor business at this iconic Northumbrian property, which attracts approximately 160,000 visitors per year. Working as part of a small and dedicated team, responsibilities will include the day to day supervision of all aspects of the visitor operations, including retail, ticketing, staffing and catering. You will also be required to find creative and innovative ways to develop the business in a sympathetic way.
Previous experience in a related business is necessary, as is an open mind and team spirit.
