This post involves visiting vulnerable clients in their own homes, providing support, information and encouragement with a view to enabling clients to live in the community as independently as possible, this may include accompanying clients to appointments, such as doctors and dentists, supporting clients to visit friends, attend social events, shopping, working with your client to do light domestic tasks in the home and garden, supporting your client with everyday tasks.
