Do you have the ability to multitask and handle pressure? Do you pride yourself on customer service and enjoy maintaining relationships with customers?
We are currently recruiting for Retail and Production Assistants on a full time or part basis based in York and you will be flexible, enjoy working in a fast pace environment and work well as part of a team.
Duties include:
- Develop a product knowledge in order to advise customers on best options
- Working as part of a team to produce orders sometimes to short deadlines
- Ensuring the shop is well maintained, replenishing stock and carrying out housekeeping duties on a regular basis
- Processing customer transactions using our EPOS system
- Ensuring that on-line orders are fulfilled
- Assist with rotating stock focus within the shop based on peak trading and seasons
Flexibility is key as during busy peak periods additional hours may be required to cover holidays, absences and school fairs
