Tutorial Department Manager (maternity cover)

We are currently seeking an experienced and professional administrative manager to lead the team of staff responsible for the effective delivery of academic and welfare administration for both undergraduate and postgraduate students.  This full-time appointment reports directly to the Senior Tutor and covers a diverse range of responsibilities across the full range of tutorial business.

Having a strong administrative background, ideally working in a similar environment, you will need to have effective leadership skills, experience coordinating the work of others and the ability to facilitate communications in a team environment. You will be someone who enjoys supporting students in a collegial culture.

The salary will be up to £38,000 per annum depending on qualifications and experience. The role will commence at the end of September 2018 and is anticipated to cease in November 2019.
