Leading firm now seeks a Corporate Commercial Legal Secretary in Eastleigh, Hampshire.

The Role
A great opportunity for a Legal Secretary has arisen in our client's busy department in Eastleigh. Providing extensive support to the Corporate and Commercial team, you will ideally have a minimum of one year experience in a similar department. Duties will include: diary management; telephony; liaising with clients and other professionals; file management; travel coordination; organising client activities; producing bills and; general office administration. It is essential for the successful applicants to communicate well, both verbal and written alongside having a detail-oriented approach to your work.

The Candidate
You must be a Legal Secretary with a minimum of one years' experience in a Corporate Commercial department;
Have a fast and accurate typing speed of 60 wpm;
Be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Tools and Case Management Systems;
Demonstrate excellent communication and client care skills;
Willing to participate in business development and marketing initiatives;
IT literate with a friendly and confident telephone manner.
