Elevation HR are delighted to be recruiting for a Part-time HR Manager for one of our commercial clients based in Sheffield with additional sites situated in America, Europe and Asia. The business is family owned and would suit someone who has experience operating at a similar level within an SME or within a stand-alone HR role.
Reporting into Finance; the successful candidate will work closely with the HR Administrator and will be responsible for providing leadership and HR support for Stakeholders and Team Leaders so it is essential that you have excellent stakeholder management capability.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the full recruitment process including; direct sourcing, managing relationships with agencies and supporting with interviews
- Supporting Managers with absence management and performance management
- Day to day support and coaching of Managers and staff with regards to all employee relations processes
- Continuous development of policies and procedures which support the business strategy
- Management of Performance Review / Appraisal processes
- Preparation of monthly payroll for UK and other international sites
- Supporting Managers in identifying and coordinating employee training
Elevation HR would be keen to speak with candidates with the following Skills & Experience:
- International HR experience (highly desirable)
- Previous experience in a generalist role
- CIPD qualified (Level 5 or Level 7)
- Ability to operate effectively in a team
- Good working knowledge of Employment Law and HR best practice
- Excellent interpersonal skills and able to communicate and influence at all levels
- Confident and credible character
- Ability to work on your own initiative
