for an experienced recruitment sales manager to come and join us and
continue the development and growth of that team.

The main roles of our US recruiters (from the UK) are as follows;
* Source and discretely headhunt suitable candidates for roles.
* Build an unparalleled network of candidates and clients.
* Match candidates together with clients based on competency and in
depth interview questioning.
* Win and develop new business through networking.
* Utilise job boards and other internet based search tools.
The ideal people we look for, for all our roles are as follows;
* You must be able to work 12:00-21:00 (Just think, nice lie-ins on
Mondays but late finishes on Fridays)
* Minimum of 3 years recruitment experience
* Preferable if you have lead a team/had a resourcer previously
* Candidates need to be target driven and self-motivated
* Be local to our offices in Horley
