HR Manager (12 months)

Great opportunity to join an established HR department within a respected and internationally recognised Company, large enough to be well-structured and small enough to retain 'family' values. The role will initially be offered on a contract basis (12 months), during which time you will gain extensive HR Management experience within a friendly team environment.

Reporting to the HR Director, this will be a busy and varied Generalist role as you will support the organisation at each stage of the employee lifecycle and will be responsible for the implementation of the agreed HR Strategy and plans. Key attention will focus on talent management, employee relations, conflict resolution, workload, resolving issues escalated by the HR Assistant, driving employee engagement, supporting any business reorganisation as it may arise, supporting Line Management, coaching and monitoring on a range of issues.

Our client is looking for a HR professional who is part/fully qualified CIPD, with knowledge of UK employment law. This might be suited to someone who has been in an HR Advisor role and is looking for his/her next step, or a Divisional BP role and looking for a broader remit. You will need experience with Employee relations and conflict resolution and will also be experienced using a computerised HR System. We are looking for someone enthusiastic and hard-working with a resilient and flexible nature.
