Kingdom Coffee is a leading independent Fairtrade coffee wholesaler based in Reading RG30

We are looking for another Customer Service / Order Clerk to join our busy team.

The role will require the right candidate to undertake a variety of tasks including, but not limited to, the following:

Taking / making telephone calls to customers

Taking sales orders over the telephone

Dealing with customer queries and service calls

Processing orders

Upkeep of database information

Ideally candidates should have relevant experience and should have a confident telephone manner

Experience with Sage products would be useful but is not essential

This is a full time role, 40 hours per week

We offer 20 days paid holiday plus Bank Holidays

£17,680 pa subject to review after qualifying period
