Head of Engineering
Rustler Yachts is a privately owned company which was established in 2000, producing exceptionally high quality bespoke sailing yachts in Falmouth, Cornwall.
We have a small team of engineers who work on the installation of new systems on our yachts including all mechanical and electrical work.
We are seeking a highly qualified engineer whose role will be to manage the team of engineers, design the systems for installation and place orders for the engineering systems and manage a small friendly team of engineers.
The successful candidate will be conversant in the installation of electrical systems, electronics, engine and stern gear, plumbing etc.. and must be highly organised to manage the team in a proficient manner.
The job is full time based in Falmouth.
