As part of your role you will be Account managing and looking after our clients covering the Leeds and surrounding areas. We have a large volume temporary staff already working for us.
The purpose of the job role is to find suitable candidates and fill bookings within very tight deadlines.
- Sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates
- Liaising with clients and candidates on a regular basis
- High level of administration, such as processing timesheets, holiday requests and security checks
- Referencing candidates
- managing agency staff such as dealing with sickness, performance issues etc
- Taking and filling bookings within strict deadlines
- Working to daily/monthly targets
- Working as part of a team
- Constant growth of candidates and clients
We will provide full training
Previous or similar experience is desired but not essential. This is a very process driven role that is suited to someone methodical and interested in compliance but able to give exceptional customer service to clients and candidates at all times.
