Care Assistant

Hours - Full-time & Part-time available; 37hrs per week or 15 - 22hrs per week; including alternative weekend.

We are looking for new members to join the team in our friendly home. In particular, applicants with a professional attitude and that special caring quality that sets them apart from the rest. Experience is required. 

Your shifts will be interesting and varied as you assist residents in a variety of daily tasks and activities - providing them with personal choice wherever possible and helping to maintain their individual lifestyle preferences.

As part of your role you will be encouraging and empowering residents to be individuals, to be active and involved, and to retain interests and hobbies as far as possible. To achieve this, you will utilise their individually tailored Care Plans to help establish the social, emotional, physical and spiritual needs of each resident.

Desirable requirements:
NVQ or Diploma in Health and Social Care Level 2 or equivalent
