This could be the role for you.

We are a small Bury based commercial property maintenance business. Due to expansion, we are seeking an individual with building construction or maintenance know how.

The role involves attending client sites, taking instruction on new work, assessing schedules and plans and putting together cost estimates for client approval.

In addition to building knowledge, you should also be able to put estimate details into WORD and EXCEL formats and have a working knowledge OUTLOOK.

Driving license Essential (3 points max)
