ONSITE ACCOUNT MANAGER

HATFIELD

GBP25K PA + GBP3K KPI BONUS

8am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday ( 40hrs per week) Flexibility to suit business needs.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Onsite account manager to join our Onsite Management teams and oversee the recruitment management at one of our high profile clients in Hatfield. Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate experience and knowledge from a high volume temporary recruitment background, ideally within a food production environment .

The Onsite Account Manager will be contracted to a 40hr week between Monday - Friday with flexibility between the hours of 8am - 5.30pm to cover flexibility in client needs.

ROLE OF ONSITE ACCOUNT MANAGER:

* Responsible for the day-to-day Management of the site
* Ensure effective forecasting at site level to understand recruitment needs, managing timescales/volumes of recruitment activity in-line with other site activity
* Responsible for team performance against quality targets (KPI's & site-specific SLA's)
* Lead and maintain a responsive working team and service to the site, ensuring that the onsite team are aware of the short-term and long-term needs of the site
* Manage & maintain a minimum "ready to work" contingent pool of candidates that represents 15%-20% working population depending upon site requirements
* Oversee site recruitment activities and working closely with site management on staffing level needs and the new starter on-boarding process
* Collate and prepare Management Information and conduct effective Weekly Meetings with client Operations Managers and / or HR teams
* Responsible for weekly closure of payroll, adjustments, holiday pay, distribution of client cost reports and obtaining PO numbers for effective invoicing
* Oversee site productivity performance and delivering coaching and engagement with team, Flexi-Workers and client team leaders
* Lead the onsite team to comply with Company Policies and internal compliance requirements at all times
* Perform all Flexi-Worker disciplinary measures required on site, following Head Office HR guidance at all stages
* Coach and develop members of the team through effective staff reviews, setting and following up on objectives
* Manage the site PBA processes to ensure compliance with legislation
* Effective management of the onsite team through the monitoring of company systems to ensure accuracy and accountability.
* Assist client with seasonal planning and suggest appropriate measures and on boarding of new starters to achieve the targets.
