Located in Stoneleigh Park near Coventry, Warwickshire, Lantra is a successful commercially focused charity, providing high quality training and qualification products for skills and workforce development in land-based industries. With a staff of over ninety people and a turnover of £7m, we up-skill more than 85,000 people each year and work with businesses and other stakeholders to create innovative skills solutions.
Now, we’re looking for a Standards & Frameworks Co-ordinator to join our team on a part time basis.
As a Standards & Frameworks Co-ordinator, you’ll support the successful delivery of projects and help to create materials for our training and qualification products.
Working with Product Managers, you’ll ensure that products are produced to the highest standards and other departments are informed of key development activities.
You’ll help to maintain, review and develop occupational and industrial standards and related learning frameworks and apprenticeship systems. Additionally, you’ll act as a key point of contract for industry partners, stakeholders and regulatory authorities.
Your other duties will involve:
- Creating and maintaining question banks
- Ensuring that training and qualification information is up-to-date on the website
- Building your understanding of regulatory processes across the UK
- Liaising with regulators regarding product development activities
Interested? To be considered, you will need experience of the following:
- Project management and/or administration
- Successfully delivering projects
- Working to budgets and targets
- Managing key stakeholders and/or customers
Due to the location of this role, a full driving licence and access to your own vehicle is also essential.
Organised and proactive, as a Standards & Frameworks Co-ordinator, you’ll have excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills. An outstanding eye for detail and strong team-working abilities are also key.
