As Head of New Business you'll be at the forefront of securing their pipeline, using your network of land and development contacts identifying, appraising and securing new opportunities whether land, JV or S106.
You will lead, manage and motivate a team responsible for sourcing and acquiring development opportunities to deliver the growth ambitions in their Growth and Asset Management Strategy and establish a longer term land portfolio to meet their future need and growth aspirations.
You will have proven experience in winning new business and the development of housing and a track record of meeting deadlines and working effectively with others in a complex and dynamic environment.
