Client
Our client is set amongst the glorious rolling hills of the Northamptonshire countryside, and is easily accessible from the M1, M40 and the M6. With 110 bedrooms, they can cater for conferences, weddings, golf, and groups up to 300 people.
Role
As Junior Sous you will be assisting and shadowing the Sous Chef, providing guidance to junior staff members as well as food preparation, cooking and overseeing stock. There is a Bistro and A La Carte Menu, with 200 covers for breakfast, 100+ for lunch and dinner whilst catering for functions & weddings.
