We are looking for Support Workers urgently to help in Day Centres in WEST CORNWALL. Very good shift times between 8.30am - 4.00pm MONDAY TO FRIDAY!
You will need to be compassionate and have a genuine interest in the well-being of people. You will need to be committed to providing high quality care and have strong interpersonal skills and empathy towards our clients, be a team player and able to work using your own initiative to be suitable for this role.
The ideal candidate will also need to have:
- Previous experience in a similar support worker role
- Training in safeguarding of vulnerable adults and children (can be provided)
- NVQ or diploma in health and social care
Immediate starts for those with previous Support Work experience, up to date DBS certificates and current training in Manual Handling and Safeguarding,
This position is temporary ongoing and we are looking for Support Workers to be able to start ASAP!
The pay rates are £8.20 - £8.50 per hour with a mileage allowance also if you have to travel,
